Coordination of interdisciplinary teams and external service providers, optimization of maintenance strategies and plant processes, taking into account legal requirements, technical standards, and HSE requirements.

Coordination and control of maintenance measures on technical plants and production systems to ensure smooth operation. Planning and prioritization of maintenance, repair, and inspection orders in coordination with production, technology, and external service providers. Monitoring of timely and proper execution, as well as ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal regulations. Support in optimizing maintenance processes and participation in shutdowns, conversions, and technical projects. Documentation and tracking of all maintenance activities in the relevant system (e.g., SAP PM).

Responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical plants and production systems in the chemical industry. Technical leadership and coordination of maintenance and repair operations in daily business and during planned shutdowns. Monitoring and optimization of workflows, taking into account safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Organization and prioritization of maintenance measures in coordination with production, technology, and external service providers. Participation in on-call duty for rapid fault resolution outside regular working hours and ensuring plant availability. Support in conversions, modernization, and technical improvements to increase plant reliability and efficiency.
