As founder/developer at DecaSwift, I am building a fully automated e-commerce stack: Shopify + Shirtee, Odoo (ERP/CRM), n8n workflows, ETL with Airbyte to BigQuery, real-time dashboards in Metabase, and AI analyses with Vertex AI. I develop integrations/APIs, model data, orchestrate order-to-cash & returns, automate documentation/signatures (DocuWare/DocuSign), and optimize support & self-service via Zendesk.

At dc Services GmbH, as Head of IT, I am responsible for the entire IT landscape of a campus operator (approx. 50 employees, 250,000 m² in the Kiel Science Park). Operation & expansion of a Tier III data center, campus network (TP-Link/Omada), M365/Entra ID/Exchange/Teams/SharePoint, Proxmox, DNS/SQL, telephony, and VPN (WireGuard). Integration of operational systems: Domus ERP/CRM, PDS, DATEV, access control (Kaba exos), parking management (DESIGNA WinOperate), video (Mobotix), e-charging infrastructure. Strong automation (PowerShell), mail/document processes, monitoring & standardization. Introduction of Scrum in development and setup of CI/CD with Azure DevOps (self-hosted build agent). Result: higher availability & security, faster releases, clear responsibilities – and noticeably more efficient operation through automated workflows and clean documentation. Team leadership of 2 employees.

At Palmberg Büroeinrichtungen + Service GmbH, I worked in the production-related IT of a JIT manufacturer (660 employees, ~23 trucks/day). Project 1: Expansion of time tracking to include breaks via RFID – edge devices on Raspberry Pi, services in Java/PHP, persistence SQLite/MySQL/DB2, central synchronization, authorization/audit logic, and admin UI. Project 2: Generalization of an industrial robot sorting cell (C#/PHP) from a custom solution to a configurable framework with uniform interfaces, parameterization ("recipes"), logging/monitoring, and reusability for new machines. Tooling & quality: Docker, Jenkins, git, bash; IDEs including Rider/Visual Studio/PHPStorm. Result: more efficient and traceable data flows, faster commissioning of new cells, less manual rework, and a clear maintenance & rollout process for manufacturing IT.
