I am a career management coach. I support women and men in professional transition — those who feel the need to evolve, reposition themselves, or give new meaning to their career path. I work with both companies and individuals.

Before becoming a coach, I worked for over 25 years as a manager in a large French company. I managed large teams and led HR projects in an environment that was both demanding and fascinating. I chose to put my management and human resources experience to use in human support, by dedicating myself fully to coaching.

Today, my knowledge of organizations and my understanding of performance issues allow me to support the complex realities of the working world with clarity and benevolence.

My goal? To help you clarify your direction, overcome your obstacles, strengthen your confidence, and make concrete progress towards the goals you set for yourself.
