My expertise, forged in France and internationally, in a complex and constrained ecosystem, with multiple stakeholders, namely the aviation industry, including airport infrastructure, airports and major international groups, has led me to create products and services as well as manage projects transversally, requiring consultation and the adhesion of stakeholders on joint actions. Naturally, co-construction via workshops, as well as 'test & learn' have become part of my approach. Airports are not just transport infrastructures, they are economic engines for their region and their country. I like to orchestrate relationships and synergies between multiple stakeholders, to provide strategies and concrete solutions around a common objective and for the benefit of all.

Subsequently, the sharing of experience through the transfer of know-how, naturally led me to facilitate training modules, integrating collective intelligence tools and experience sharing, often expected by professional audiences.

With an ability to adapt and interpersonal skills, I bring a pragmatic and offbeat perspective on things, while combining a global vision (management) and attention to detail (operational), the devil sometimes being in the details!

-Director of Development Europe and Central Asia

Develop Egis' consulting and engineering activities with airports in Europe and Central Asia. Analyze and anticipate market trends, define the commercial strategy to adopt to increase awareness, turnover and margin. Develop strategic partnerships to build winning consortia.

-Marketing Communication Director (Positioning, UVP/USP)

Define and deploy a marketing and communication strategy for Egis' network of airports as well as for pooled actions,

Define the positioning, identity and differentiating markers to position this new subsidiary on the market, define and manage the marketing and communication plan. Carry out the same mission for another branch of Egis.

Manage and facilitate the Strategic Innovation Operational Committee, composed of the management teams of 17 international airports to improve revenues and services, encourage the sharing of good practices.

Organize pooled events in France and internationally to promote the airport network

Develop Egis' operating activities and provide advice to the airport network,

 Manage the call for tenders and the assembly of the consortium for Egis with Brazilian partners

 Negotiate and manage the technical assistance contract, recruit & manage the multicultural Egis team

 Contribute to the transfer and launch of the new airport concession: Transfer Plan, Quality Plan, Orat, ISO Certification, Projects...

Co-management of CAOG, with our Canadian partner, for the development of Egis' engineering and consulting activities with the Airports of Cyprus, Larnaca and Pafos. Promote the entire Egis group portfolio to the various clients of Hermes Airports, the management company of Larnaca and Pafos airports, and strengthen the links between the teams.
