    Supporting the event team at EBRA EVENTS agency in Veurey-Voroize, I had the opportunity to work on various projects:


    Tech&Fest 2025, THE festival of technology and innovation organized by Le Dauphiné Libéré in Grenoble, the capital of the Alps:
    - 22,000 visitors, 300 exhibitors, 250 speakers

    - Technical management and coordination of the TV set schedule, including speakers, partners, and clients, before and on-site: about 60 interviews over two days
    - Setting up private spaces before the event: verifying the proper technical setup (caterer, hostesses, entertainment, signage, etc.) of the spaces in accordance with client needs.


    Company Anniversary in Alpe d'Huez: 1200 pax over one evening and one morning.

    - Opening of the new Chartreuse cultural site "Paris-Vauvert" in Paris in November 2023.

    The inauguration of this new venue lasted three days, involving political figures, Chartreuse partners, and Parisian clients.

    Responsibilities:
    - Organization and facilitation of steering committees concerning the overall organization of the event.
