Sophie and I worked together for a period of 9 months. Being responsible for digital content in a multi-country web project, I recruited Sophie to lead content operations. Sophie's main responsibilities were to coordinate the outsourced team tasked to integrate content into a web CMS, and manage the timely execution of an ever-growing backlog of requests coming from affiliates and stakeholders to the web project.
