Within the Information Offers Department of the France Télévisions Digital Division, as Service Product Manager for the franceinfo offer, my role was to ensure the coordination, consistency, and control of means and resources to guarantee the production and evolution of the franceinfo offer's Service products (web and applications), meeting defined objectives, from scope definition to production, by collaborating daily with various teams and departments: PO, UX, UI, developers, editors, marketing, etc.

In a context of creating service products from scratch, my mission consisted of:

• Developing the product strategy, in conjunction with the Digital Division, around service-related issues

• Defining and monitoring product KPIs

• Conducting discovery (benchmarks, questionnaires, user interviews) with the UX team

• Participating in the selection of adequate solutions with the technical team

• Participating in design (design, ergonomics, UX)

• Participating in agile ceremonies with the various teams involved in the project (internal and external)

• Participating in the tender process for data providers (writing specifications, presentations, etc.)

• Monitoring the roadmap (backlog breakdown, estimation, batching, prioritization, reporting), in compliance with regulatory obligations, procedures, budgets, and quality standards

• Prioritizing topics in conjunction with all stakeholders

• Supporting the technical teams dedicated to the product and democratizing techno-functional choices to a non-expert audience

• Managing project progress and communicating with stakeholders
