About Sophie

Hello and welcome,
I worked for 10 years in the consulting sector at Wavestone. First as a transformation consultant and then as HR Manager.

In September 2020, I created the Chef[fe] podcast. I meet innovative, bold, and benevolent managers and leaders.

I measured the power of podcasts in the companies of my guests, so Chef[fe] became structured. Today, I showcase French companies' employees to support their transformation through podcasting.

I produce positive internal podcasts for companies that want to create links between their employees and inject authenticity into their internal communication.

Some examples of ongoing podcasts:
- Successfully onboarding new employees and creating a sense of belonging from the first hours. Discover your company's history, values, and businesses through podcast
- Create and host a community of women to facilitate synergies and exchanges between them on topics of career, work-life balance, parenthood, leadership, assertiveness. The podcast highlights role models and breaks taboos.
- Support a new organization to give meaning to employees and embody changes. The podcast allows for transparency and authenticity about the company's evolutions.
