I help groups of all sizes to become more effective and enjoy solving the complex problems that bring them together.

🐜 How?

I create the conditions for cooperation and transformation within the collective. This allows people to form alliances, to "team up" around a common, shared, and explicit objective.

🍃 What else?

I bring an external approach, alongside and in service of the project manager, to meet the client's needs. I design a framework and provide methods that allow teams to take a step back, to take a different perspective to approach subjects from a new angle, with lightness, depth, professionalism, and skill.
