Energetic, cheerful, and motivated, I have been working in IT for a little over 10 years as a developer, software architect, and then development manager.

Initially worked as a developer in the metallurgy sector, then as a service provider, I then spent a few years with a software publisher, developing patient management ERP software for psychiatric settings.

I was responsible for the complete redevelopment of the ERP. I started with a team of four developers and grew to have twenty people under my responsibility.

From the choice of technologies (Java 8, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, ExtJs) to the definition of software architecture, programming rules, and solution choices, I was able to thrive technically.

I also took on the role of manager by organizing training, defining schedules, distributing projects, and managing this large team. While trying to maintain a good atmosphere even in stressful times - with plenty of pizza sometimes...

I was also delighted with client interactions during the various go-lives I carried out. Even when tensions were high (changing software used by 800 people in a hospital is never trivial), communication was always key.

My curiosity also drives me to develop personal websites using technologies other than those I use at work to improve my skills in various technologies. The key to a good developer is to never stop learning.

In 2020, I decided to go freelance to be able to serve my clients and discover their world by making my technical, software, and managerial skills available to them.
