During my time at quäntchen + glück, I had the opportunity to collaborate with companies from a wide range of industries – from energy and retail to city administrations. Through workshops, processes, and sparring sessions, I initiated real change and supported teams in rethinking collaboration, establishing agile methods, and interactively imparting knowledge. Simultaneously, I identified internal development areas and contributed to the further development of the corporate culture through targeted initiatives.
