As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, I was instrumental in analyzing, optimizing processes, and developing innovative solutions for operational challenges. My responsibilities included: Workshops & Training: Planning, conducting, and following up on workshops for Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) as well as problem-solving and team-building workshops. Process Optimization: Analyzing and optimizing existing processes to sustainably increase efficiency and quality. Data Analysis & Reporting: Creating meaningful reports and dashboards with Power BI to support decision-making and measure success. Concept Development: Developing concepts for the implementation of new strategies and measures for process improvement. Agile Project Management: Leading and coordinating projects in agile work environments. Design & Communication: Designing and creating training materials, as well as setting up and maintaining SharePoint pages for internal communication.

My main responsibilities included: Content Creation: Developing and publishing target audience-oriented content for social media platforms such as Instagram, as well as realigning and maintaining the LinkedIn profile. Website Management: Managing the company website, including creating and optimizing new content to ensure an appealing and user-friendly presentation. Graphic Design: Designing flyers, training materials, and visual assets using modern design techniques. Image Editing: Professional editing of images for digital and print media.
