I am a certified RNCP level I professional consultant coach.

In my SL-CC structure, I support individuals in their professional transitions, whether privately or professionally.

The objectives are individualized to meet the real and deep needs of each client.

I also carry out modular skills assessments to help those who need it to (re)find their way.

But all this was insufficient... Why focus on the solution when we can prevent it?!

So to act upstream, when the ailments are not yet suffering, I created Up'nCO, a training center focused on performance, cohesion, collaboration, and skills development. It is a tool to help develop the quality of life at work, at the service of companies.

My catalog offers the following modules:

Time management, stress management, self-confidence, interpersonal communication and team cohesion.

It is ultra-customizable in terms of duration and presentation of the modules, to correspond above all to the internal objectives of each company.
