After a career of more than 20 years in management and leadership positions within various international groups undergoing significant transformation (notably PPR/KERING, CEPHALON/TEVA PHARMACEUTICALS, GEMALTO/THALES DIS, GE HEALTHCARE...), I support leaders, managers, and particularly neuro-atypical talents, teams - primarily in law, finance, and health - and their organizations in achieving their transformation and inclusion goals, especially in restructuring contexts.

I offer professional coaching services - individual and collective (team & organization), including outdoor coaching -, facilitation, training, consulting & mentoring.

I am passionate about Human Difference, collective emotional intelligence, and corporate social responsibility.

In my previous role as International Tax Director for various groups, I enjoyed building connections and fostering cohesion among members of diverse multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, uniting them to achieve ambitious goals and stay on course.

I have experience in M&A operations and post-acquisition integration.
