Eramet was organizing its first extended management convention, bringing together 550 of its managers, to present the Group's new strategy. A high-stakes moment that needed to be inspiring and unifying, so that everyone would understand the bold strategic choices made recently, buy into the vision and the clearly stated roadmap, and return to their teams ready to embody and implement this ambition.

I supported the communication department in designing the most impactful key messages, at the right level of understanding for the audience, to generate buy-in and enthusiasm for dissemination. Structuring of the Executive Committee's round table, staging of the forum booths, writing the conclusion of the day: fascinating work on both content and form, serving an extremely competent and demanding communication team, which elevated the exercise to a very high level of quality. The event agency Simple and Louise Ekland also remarkably met the challenge: a great collective success!

In collaboration with the very friendly agency Keemia, I had the opportunity to produce several documents highlighting the CSR actions of Nestlé Group brands. Design, writing, and graphic design, a complete job on subjects that are dear to me and that I find easy to develop and illustrate.

I supported one of the squads of TotalEnergies' Digital Factory for 5 months (until my maternity leave). Significant internal communication challenges to address within a structure that is obviously very complex, due to the size of this group but also the subject of digital transformation. The topics were very technical and difficult to grasp for an outsider: I had to learn quickly, ask the right questions, find the right resources, and adapt to brief changes. A nice challenge that I would gladly repeat!
