Sophie Gravejat-Jégou

Coming from a medical background (six years of medical studies, with numerous hospital and private practice internships), I am now retraining for a career that combines human relations, innovation, and impact: Customer Success, with a particular interest in companies in the health or e-health sector.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of the patient experience, the concrete needs of caregivers, and the realities of the healthcare system. I am eager to put this experience to use for concrete and innovative solutions that can improve care, organization of services, and the quality of life for both professionals and patients.

I am currently looking for a Customer Success internship, ideally within a healthcare company, to learn on the job, quickly develop my skills, and actively contribute to user satisfaction and loyalty.

I'm starting at the bottom, and I'm aware that my added value will be limited at first. But I have my feet on the ground, I am motivated, studious, and rigorous, and I am convinced that I can become an excellent Customer Success Manager. I want to learn while working, and respond to your team's needs as quickly and effectively as possible.
