Managed localization on large scale products and portal launches for over 40 countries including Apple job site, HRWeb, Merlin, myPage, Employees on iTunes, Talent Planning and Compensation Planning systems. Managed localization for associated communications and campaigns with web, email, video and print deliverables. Created and implemented databases for content cataloging, workflow management and asset archiving within the content management team.

Created and deployed project management database (project schedules, resource staffing, audience touch-points, vendors, department budget, localization). Coordinated twelve project managers from Marketing, Technology and Web strategy groups. Managed project prioritization and project staffing. Managed cross-functional, worldwide projects such as Talent Planning Tool, Exit Interview Tool, yearly Performance Review and Compensation Planning.
