In any improvement or transformation initiative, there is an operational objective and a managerial objective, in terms of collective evolution.
I propose to support you in these two dimensions.
As a coach-consultant in Lean Management and Change Management, I work with project managers, progress directors, and operational managers at various stages of their initiatives:
- Scoping
- Development of strategies (improvement, transformation, change management)
- Facilitation of kaizen events, workshops, and seminars
- Operational coaching of leaders and collective coaching of teams
My diverse experience allows me to easily switch from a consultant role focusing on Lean methodologies and soft skills for effective action and concrete results, to that of a coach supporting collective dynamics, stakeholder buy-in, and the skill development of progress actors.
With 20 years of field experience, I have led or supported numerous improvement and transformation projects, covering HSE, operational performance (increasing delivery volumes, improving product quality), process evolution, data reliability, and digital interface deployment.
I recently completed an 18-month mission as a Change Project Manager, for the design and deployment of a new educational ERP.
Today, I am more convinced than ever of the relevance of a systemic, methodical approach that prioritizes people.
