Sophie Dloussky

My name is Sophie Dloussky. I grew up and live in Nice with the sea, the sun, and a certain sweetness of life. I am an editorial graphic designer, specializing in the creation of books and magazines, particularly books on art, photography, and design. I studied literature and language. I developed a taste for poetry, rhythm, and the right word. I opened myself up to other cultures and to the expression of what one can feel deep inside. I speak French, English, and Russian. Images, another language, have always interested me. Emotions are perceived directly and physically. I studied at art and film schools in Montpellier (ESBA) and in Lausanne and Geneva in Switzerland (ECAL/HEAD). I practice drawing, digital and analog photography, collage, video, and animation. My love for art books led me to pursue training in graphic design, which combines my interest in text and images. I put all the skills I have acquired at the service of the graphic projects I create. Finally, I have worked a lot in retail and traveled for my artistic work. These experiences have made me pragmatic, observant, and reactive.
