An engineer by training, complemented by two Masters degrees focused on projects, cooperation, and logistics, I have built 18 years of experience between the public and private sectors. For ten years at the Department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques, I managed strategic projects and supported organizations in their evolution. I then moved into the private sector, taking on operational responsibilities within demanding environments undergoing significant transformation.

These experiences have given me a global and pragmatic vision: understanding a need, analyzing operations, organizing, structuring, and advancing projects that require vision, methodology, and perspective, while developing a real ability to design adapted, relevant, and sometimes out-of-the-box solutions.

Rubbees was created in 2019 and works with its clients on individual or collective missions, implementing processes and tools designed, tested, and validated with hundreds of companies and organizations.
