Co-piloting the HR aspect of the Western agencies. Development and implementation of the recruitment strategy, from Onboarding to Offboarding. Ensuring the smooth running of the candidate and employee experience through continuous improvement of practices (benchmarking innovative market practices, career monitoring, development, remuneration systems...). Development of the training plan, fundraising, OPCO relations... Redefinition of employer branding, maintenance of company culture, animation of communities. Initiation of the deployment of a CSR approach and monitoring of employee NPS. HR Compliance and administration (social dialogue and CSE relations, legal watch, management of offers and employment contracts, conventional terminations...).
