Context:

Participation in the strategic ECLA program aimed at replacing a CRM (ARC) with Salesforce, with major challenges in transforming tools, business processes, and operating methods.

Intervention over several years with mission continuity within different departments and structures, in a multi-stakeholder environment (IT, business, data teams). Safe Method.

Main Responsibilities:

Steering & Deployment:

Operational steering of the DDEV deployment

Coordination of the ECLA generalization (2025-2027): planning, tooling, logistics, supervision, and animation

Large-scale system: 3300 employees, +5200 days of support, 90 field referents, and 11 coordinators

Project Management:

Steering of key milestones and securing the schedule

Management of risks, dependencies, and incidents

Contribution to the construction of the deployment system (pilot phase)

Cross-functional Coordination:

Coordination between IT, business teams, and Salesforce partners

Facilitation of exchanges and alignment of stakeholders

Governance & Steering:

Preparation and animation of committees

Production of decision support materials

Action plan follow-up

Reporting & Performance:

Consolidation of progress reports

Monitoring of key indicators

Improving readability for management

Contribution to the deployment of Salesforce (CHANGE and management of evolution requests)

Environment:

Mission carried out within various MAAF departments, in a context of transverse transformation. (DSI, DDEV (COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE), MARKETING Department). Mission carried out through several companies: RHAPSODY PORTAGE, ALTAPYX, CAT-AMANIA).

Intervention on several major transformation projects within MAIF, particularly in the context of workstation modernization, collaborative tools, and user environment migration.

Change Management – DARWIN Project

(Workstation Transformation: Windows 7 → Windows 10 & Business Tools Evolution)

Implementation of the deployment repository (headquarters and network)

Creation and monitoring of deployment indicators using Power BI

Design and dissemination of communication, training, and tutorial materials

Animation of a community of referents

PMO – Email Migration (IBM → Microsoft)

Planning and animation of project workshops

Budget and steering indicator monitoring
