MOA Project Manager for over 8 years, I've had the opportunity to work in various fields such as digital, compliance (anti-money laundering and fraud), and cybersecurity.

The first is digitalization, particularly the redesign of multi-device websites (desktop, mobile, and mobile app). This experience in the banking sector using Agile methodology allows me to manage projects end-to-end while remaining attentive to client needs. As part of this project, personalization, A/B testing, SEO and TMS management for SEA, an FAQ, and a website search engine were also implemented.

In the compliance field, the objective was to supervise and implement the migration of data from the SaaS software used by Crédit du Nord to that of Société Générale before the closure of the CDN information system. In this context, I had to manage a team of several developers, an architect, and a business analyst.

From data study to defining their expected behavior without coverage gaps for clients, replicating the target production environment for real-world testing, managing the budget and resources to allocate, up to the production launch, this project was enriching and challenging.

Finally, currently a cybersecurity project manager focusing on data leaks, I contribute to consolidating the ecosystem by addressing legal, HR, and technical constraints, enabling us to apply surveillance as effectively as possible while considering our business constraints.

My experience allows me to lead large-scale projects by analyzing and prioritizing business needs, implementing project planning, and monitoring the project budget.

Decision-making is also an important aspect of this profession.
