    I had the opportunity to join the Kley organization in 2023 for the opening of a new residence in Gentilly. This experience was a real discovery of the coliving concept for me, combining long-term property management with hospitality services for short stays.

    I quickly developed a real interest in this profession, particularly the relational aspect and the importance given to customer experience. My tasks included managing reservations, welcoming residents, monitoring their stay, and constantly ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. I particularly enjoyed creating a warm and friendly environment, and I believe I naturally conveyed this positive energy to clients through my service-oriented attitude and enthusiasm.

    Building on this first successful experience, I was then asked to support another Kley residence in Issy-les-Moulineaux during the summer of 2024, especially for the Olympic Games. This assignment was extended with an offer to stay with the team for an additional year, which demonstrates the trust placed in me.

    I ultimately had to leave my position due to my move to Amiens. However, this experience reinforced my desire to continue in the field of residence management, reception, and resident support.
