I'm Sonia.

With a degree from the Sorbonne and formerly a journalist at Canal+, I was the COO of a Brazilian startup before focusing on what I love most:human support.

I decided to coach and support companiesand team leaders because I strongly believe that putting people at the center of strategy guarantees sustainable performance.

My method: I first conduct an internal audit of employees to then propose the best support, ranging from individual coaching to team training.

This allows everyone to be in the right place and maximize their chances of success through NVC, NLP, management tools, and team workshops.
