Management of a portfolio of 340 payrolls across various collective agreements: Preparation of payslips. Preparation of payslips by collecting and analyzing all necessary information: working hours, paid leave, RTT, overtime, bonuses, taxes, contributions, sick leave, raises, advances, etc. Verification and entry of data related to payslip preparation in payroll software. Issuance of payslips in compliance with labor regulations, current legislation, and company HR policy. Calculation of final settlement and severance pay. Administrative personnel management: Participation in personnel administration activities (tracking absences, social security reimbursements, provident fund reimbursements, leave, etc.). Development of summary documents: dashboards, new hires and Audit.

Processing of 150 payrolls across 6 establishments, approximately 150 monthly final settlements, monthly DSN, event-based DSN, provident fund file, affiliation, and termination. Annual social balance sheets.
