- Planning procurements based on sales forecasts, stock levels, and supplier capacities to ensure product availability and continuity of the logistics flow.

- Monitoring deadlines and deliveries: checking confirmations, proactively following up with suppliers in case of delays or issues, and coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely reception.

- Inventory management while ensuring order smoothing.

- Coordination with receiving teams in case of disputes and analyzing their impact on stock levels.

- Managing inter-site transfers from the central site and/or finding urgent solutions for Supply alerts (stock-outs and significant understocks generated by the system).

As a coordinator, my mission was to ensure the link between our production plant in Belgium and our logistics platforms in France. This included ensuring product availability, optimizing our inventory, and analyzing sales forecasts.

Missions performed:

- Management of logistics flows from the production plant to the end customers.

- Procurement management for two logistics platforms based on sales forecasts and available stock analysis.

- Invoicing orders and monitoring customer payments.

- Cross-functional coordination between different stakeholders (Logistics platforms, production plants, Supply Chain department) to ensure operational fluidity.

- Management of transport plans to ensure deliveries and reduce lead times.

- Regular monitoring and reporting to management and the Supply Chain department, and contribution to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.

- Monthly turnover declaration.

- Monitoring KPIs (service level per platform, stock-out rate, carrier reliability rate) to ensure rigorous operational monitoring and support decision-making.

- Supervision and integration of new interns (training on internal procedures and ERP mastery).
