Mission 1: Coordination of the digitalization of Restos du Coeur's activities:

- Improvement of developed applications

- Definition of necessary evolutions to cover all activities

- Functional management of a diverse team: volunteers/employees, business stakeholders (field), IT professionals, policy makers... requiring diplomacy and a strong sense of communication

- Budget monitoring and schedule adherence

Mission 2:

- Analysis of Restos du Coeur's supply chain and proposal for optimization

- Formalization of the current and target processes

- Drafting of specifications for ERP system change

- Supervision of candidate software testing

- Selection of Restos du Coeur's new ERP software

In 6 months, moved from project stage to beta product stage:

- Strategic definition of product features, mock-up creation, production acceptance

- Hierarchical management of the development chain: web designers & developers (in-house and freelance)

- Responsible for partnerships (product integrating third-party solutions): strategic choice, contracting, and technical integration of solutions

- Implementation of the communication strategy and start of commercialization

- Relationship and shareholder satisfaction

It also has a committed media outlet, Oneheart.fr, which showcases positive and solidarity initiatives. In 2017, it developed the OHME platform, aimed at helping associations with their internet usage.
