Senior consultant in organization and strategic management, I intervene upstream of decisions when HR, organizational, or recruitment models are no longer aligned with economic and operational reality.

My role: analyze organizations, identify critical misalignments (management, structure, internal value propositions), and secure structuring decisions before transformation.

I support general management, executive committees, and governance bodies on framing, structuring, and decision-support missions, including clarifying employer branding, retention, and employee experience strategies, as levers for consistency, attractiveness, and performance, rather than isolated communication or engagement initiatives.

I intervene primarily at a strategic and systemic level.

Intervention formats: ad hoc or part-time missions, mostly remote, with written deliverables (diagnosis, scenarios, decision support, evolution trajectories).
