Two fintech companies wholly owned by Tikehau Capital, aiming to streamline investment for professionals and individuals within a range of financial products, online.

• Brand awareness and branding: PR, events, SEO, social media, paid research, display. Relaunch of the Homunity brands in 2023 and Opale Capital in 2024.

• Over 130,000 registered users on the sites, representing a +30% increase in customer acquisition over two years.

• Conversion funnel optimization: implementation of the AARRR framework, A/B testing, and weekly user journey analysis, leading to a significant improvement in conversion rates (+10% in two years).

• Product launch with our key partners, Boursorama and Suravenir.

• Management of the marketing and communication budget.

• Leader of digital transformation with concrete results: +32% web traffic, strengthening of repeat business through process automation and data visualization.

• Strategic recruitment of the Product team in May 2023 (which did not exist until then). Adopted by Tech and Management.

Operational and strategic management of the luxury real estate marketplaces Belles Demeures & Lux Residence (3.3 million monthly visits in March 2022).

• Management of revenue growth for the Luxury Business Unit (P&L and marketing budget) and commercial KPIs.

• Development of marketing strategies, in France and internationally for both brands.

• Management of cross-functional projects alongside the PMO; smooth execution and strategic alignment.

• Brand representative and spokesperson in the media

• Personal contribution to Vinci Facilities' net annual revenue growth of 1.2 million euros.

• Supervision of the operational team dedicated to responding to facility management tenders.
