I supported the operational department's data transformation by gathering business needs and developing appropriate decision-making solutions.

I designed and optimized Power BI dashboards for real-time monitoring of train punctuality and regularity, with a particular focus on ergonomics and user experience to facilitate decision-making.

On the data engineering side, I participated in the development of pipelines on Databricks (Spark, Delta Live Tables) for data processing and transformation using PySpark and SQL. I also contributed to data modeling (star schema) in a medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold) and to the migration of reports to new sources, ensuring service continuity.

At Vécopharm, I participated in the implementation and optimization of BI solutions to centralize and exploit data from various sources. My main role was to develop robust ETL processes with SSIS, while ensuring the quality and continuity of data flows.

I automated processes by implementing SQL Server Agent jobs, optimized SQL performance through indexing, query tuning, and the creation of stored procedures and functions for recurring tasks. In parallel, I contributed to BI modeling with SSMS and SSAS, providing teams with reliable and high-performing reports to support decision-making.

This experience allowed me to transform heterogeneous data into reliable and efficient pipelines, while developing my expertise in data integration, automation, and optimization.
