During my assignment, I performed a wide range of tasks. I initiated and executed HR projects, such as the harmonization of business processes, and managed daily HR matters with a focus on absence and training. Additionally, I trained the new coordinator of the HR Service Center and contributed to the coordination and task allocation within the team. Finally, I established a stable foundation for the continuity of the department, including by elaborating and implementing collective labor agreement topics such as the Generational Pact.

For this assignment, I worked an average of 8 to 12 hours per week. In this role, in addition to my advisory duties, I handled other HR matters such as onboarding and offboarding programs, absence management, and maintaining personnel files.

In daily operations, I was involved with:

• Identifying trends in payments and providing advice to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Monitoring payments and behavior from a CDD perspective and payments to high-risk countries.

• Reporting the coverage value of assets and ensuring meticulous follow-up of established control conditions.

• Reviewing agreements, invoices, and other documentation relevant to the daily management of the portfolio.
