Tester for the package lifecycle management scope, from reception to shipment. Package product tester: .Design (in GHERKINS), Modification, Correction, and Execution of test cases Participation in the development of QA department test strategies (Planning, Budget, Methods, Scopes, type of tests...). Implementation and monitoring of evolution, non-regression, and automated test campaigns. Creation of Dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility on acceptance progress. Development of data sets necessary for the smooth running of acceptance testing. Declaration and monitoring of anomalies: definition of criticality, particularly for proper handling by business and technical teams. Production of quality reporting for project stakeholders and management. Management of the PROD bug backlog (MCO) and Acceptance. Development of acceptance reports (Participation in GO/NO GO PRODUCTION meetings). Selection of non-regression tests intended for automation (Gherkin). Participation in the breakdown and estimation of user stories.

Support for HR and operational teams in managing individual cases. Management of individual and collective disputes. Analyze and comment on legal texts, regulations, collective agreements, and case law. Advice and follow-up of disciplinary cases. Draft and revise employment contracts, internal regulations, and company policies.
