Managed Symfony 4 to Symfony 7 technical migration with full architecture refactoring and performance improvements. Designed and developed an integrated payment system (Lyra): subscription management, webhooks, automatic invoicing. Architected and implemented a multi-account system with data isolation and organization management. Developed a file management system: upload/download, versioning, storage optimization, CDN integration. Created a customizable video encoding presets system with a queue and asynchronous processing. Implemented a granular role-based permission system (RBAC) with policy management. Designed a limitations and options system: user quotas, rate limiting, feature flags, pricing plans. Managed a team of developers: agile sprint coordination, code reviews, technical mentoring. Set up and optimized GitLab CI/CD pipelines with automated multi-environment deployment. Full application containerization with Docker, Linux server configuration, and Nginx load balancing.
