Sofie De Valck

I have been working as a freelancer since 2010, full-time since 2019. I help SMEs, self-employed individuals, and startups in Belgium and the Netherlands with professional websites, search engine optimization, and social media. I build in WordPress, Elementor, and Lovable, optimize through SEO, GEO, AEO, and CRO, and automate marketing processes via Make.com. Additionally, I provide AI image generation and visual content for web and social media.

For 14 years (2004–2019), I worked as a Computer Science teacher in the third grade of secondary education, and concurrently as an ICT coordinator at the same school. As a teacher, I taught various subjects within computer science. As ICT coordinator, I managed the school website, the grading system, the timetable, the network, hardware and software, and was also responsible for digital communication and the school's corporate identity.

Product Owner in Scrum (Telecom): Played a key role at Artilium for the development of the 'Arta2' multi-reseller telecom platform. Responsible for managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and guiding the development team through sprints to deliver value.
