Financial reporting and automation consultant, I assist SMEs, scale-ups, and finance teams in structuring, automating, and ensuring the reliability of their financial reporting.

I undertake missions in financial reporting, performance analysis, and optimization of financial processes, particularly during month-end close. My goal is to reduce time spent on manual tasks, secure financial data, and improve information quality for decision-making.

My areas of intervention include:

• automation of financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, budget monitoring, KPIs)

• creation and improvement of financial dashboards

• financial analysis (actual vs. budget / N-1)

• optimization of Excel spreadsheets and closing processes

I have worked in demanding environments in France and the United States, particularly within finance departments, which allows me to be quickly operational and results-oriented.
