We are a small association - 30 members - that supports, helps, and accompanies inmates and their families at the Villeneuve Lès Maguelone prison near Montpellier (34). We asked Sofiann to help us redesign our website. This site is essential as it allows families to access crucial information about the prison's operations. The previous site, while containing essential information, was not user-friendly, not reassuring, and certainly not scalable. Furthermore, due to various technical problems we encountered regularly, updating information often required the intervention of the person who designed it, with whom relations were rather difficult. Being "somewhat incompetent" in IT matters, we needed support and advice to build a more attractive site suitable for reading on tablets and smartphones. We also wanted to be able to update information on the site independently while having a certain level of security with the possibility of maintenance if needed. Sofiann was very attentive. Particularly attentive to our requirements, he was able to translate them faithfully while acting, when necessary, as a true guide and a very patient teacher. The site is now accessible to everyone. And we are particularly satisfied to be able to provide families of inmates at Villeneuve Lès Maguelone with the information they need in such a serene, user-friendly, and reassuring environment.
