In an accelerating and highly changing environment, resources and time are precious and can be scarce. Choices must be made, sometimes at the expense of team support.

Sometimes, a timely infusion of resources is all it takes for existing teams to develop and become drivers of change rather than followers.

It is, among other things, following this observation that I decided to offer my services and skills to companies that need a timely boost of energy and knowledge. I will be the facilitator or accelerator you need to speed up your projects or simply help you cope with peak workloads.

Managing and developing teams, leading and implementing IT projects, transforming a department, working within cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams – over the past 16 years in the industrial cosmetics sector, I have had the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal skills, always driven by achieving objectives and creating value.

I have also developed technical skills in product development (industrialization and development project management), supply chain (procurement, planning, MPS/MRP, S&OP, etc.), and purchasing, which I wish to make available to my client partners.

Whether through support (coaching, training, mentoring), project management (short-term/urgent or long-term), or operational reinforcement, I will adapt to the constraints and needs of my client partners.
