As a member of the Lead Team of Assessment Experts, responsible for designing the recruitment process to evaluate contributor skills for large-scale GenAI projects, my main responsibilities included:

• Developing and implementing rigorous skills assessments, tailored to different contributor roles, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to optimize recruitment processes and integrate feedback loops for continuous improvement.

• Overseeing the entire assessment process, including the creation of scoring rubrics, evaluator training, and performance analysis, to ensure fairness, consistency, and scalability.

As part of an EU-funded project in the Education sector, I contributed to all aspects related to the creation of eLearning pedagogical content.

• Conducting needs and technical feasibility analyses for the creation of distance learning activities.

• Formulating recommendations to pedagogical content creators for the writing and implementation of activities.

• Creating and describing activities, referencing, designing assessment sheets.

• Designing and verifying activities and activity templates.

• Creating course architecture on Articulate Storyline 3.
