Within the Risk and Compliance Department: Management of AI and regulatory projects (DORA, AML-CFT, GDPR).

Context:

Management of the CICLADE project, corresponding to regulatory compliance for the transfer of funds and information from unclaimed contracts to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (definition of extraction criteria for the population to be processed, accounting flows, supplier consolidation, RPA implementation, creation of regulatory and production monitoring reports).

Digital Project Management:

- Supplementary social protection for the public sector (PSC): creation of a sales funnel for a new collective health offer for businesses for the CDC.

- Transfer of offers to a new OAV

- Implementation of a new collective provident and health offer for businesses

- Modification of management processes for various existing products

Areas of Intervention:

- Budgetary supervision and arbitration (costing, monitoring, optimization, ROI, consumed, remaining budget, workload plans, authorized/actual IT, Business, and supplier budgets)

- Management of budgets and resources on PLANVIEW (validation of timesheets, resource creation, estimate updates)

- Cross-functional coordination (Management, Business, IT, Compliance)

- Organization and facilitation of steering committees (COPIL, COPER, COPROJ, SPONSOR MEETING, CCA...)

- Management and coordination of project managers (internal/external - IT/MOA/Business)

- Scoping and impact assessment (Analysis of the current state and definition of the target, roles, and governance, organization and facilitation of workshops, requirements gathering and expression, roadmap definition)
