Pilar, founder of the decoration studio Dekore, contacted me because she wanted help managing her social media, especially her YouTube and Instagram channels.

Pilar was very hesitant about managing her social media because, in her own words, she hated social media and had no knowledge, not even as an amateur user. Her goal was to make her business known and attract clients through her social media.

The work was very intensive, as it was necessary to start from scratch, and combine my social media management work with a package of social media training hours, in which I taught her, among other things, how to film spaces and herself, how to speak and behave on camera, how to write her scripts to highlight her knowledge, etc.

Sophie Bonnet is a website dedicated to the world of creative sewing and DIY, covering different areas:

- Online store for physical and digital products.

- Blog / Vlog.

- Affiliate Marketing.

Pedro faced the challenge of moving his entire business online. This involved not only a restructuring of the operational side of his business but also a shift in his entire digital strategy.

How are we doing it?

- We migrated his website to a more robust hosting with a new design that integrates web marketing.

- Once a week, we hold an online consultation/training session in One-To-One sessions where we review the entire strategy, propose improvements, and establish a weekly action plan. I also trained his employees in social media management (Community Manager).

- Review of the entire pricing strategy, lead generation, and creation/review of sales funnels. Proposal of improvements.

- Design and promotion strategy for the new online course platform on the website.
