During my time at Grupo Fya as part of the consulting team, I performed the following tasks: - Worked in a team with colleagues and diverse professionals for consultancies in organizations and companies of different sectors: Non-profit organizations, Agricultural, and Industrial. - Participated in the implementation of management systems, assisting end-users with their tasks and generating instructions to facilitate their daily work by applying best practices in administration. - Trained teams in organizations needing to reinforce their knowledge in administrative and accounting matters. - Participated in companies, helping them define efficient processes and assisting them in their implementation. In this pursuit of efficiency, we have helped recover tax credits of up to 7 figures. - Designed reports that are effective for the daily use of the operational part, which helped visualize the information gathered in daily management. This contributed to having information in a timely manner for prompt decision-making. - Participated in control stages before the execution of certain significant operations, with a critical perspective, generating significant savings for the company in question and the best choice for its financial situation. - Prepared working papers for different sectors to support the operations carried out during the fiscal year, for presentation to the accounting firm that prepared the financial statements. - Controlled complete circuits in agricultural companies, detecting significant deviations and recovering amounts up to one million pesos (May 2020) in operations with storage facilities.
