Within the Alpha product team responsible for integrating third-party services and implementing the necessary connectors to make the Everdesk platform omnichannel (MsGraph API, Gmail API for emails, Vonage, Twilio for SMS, Odigo, Axialys, Genesys, and Five9 for voice) and integrating AI LLM for automated ticket summarization.
Integration of Google API for Gmail, MsGraph for O365, and IMAP to ensure connectivity to mailboxes and implementation of REST APIs for reading and sending emails directly from the platform.
Implementation of REST APIs for ticket creation and updates.
Implementation of connectors for SMS and voice providers (Twilio, Vonage, Five9…)
Setup of automated tests (TDD, Karate, Vitest) to consolidate code and facilitate legacy code refactoring.
Redesign of the interface in Vue 3 and progressive migration from Thymeleaf / JQuery.
Integration of AI LLM allowing us to automate ticket summarization through configurable prompts in the administration section.

Data Import Microservice
Development of a microservice for importing and transforming client data (CSV -> JSON).
Automation of the entire process (Retrieving files from SFTP servers, transformation, then integration into the database).
Implementation of parallel processing to handle large data volumes.
