Construction of ORC thermodynamic machines generating electrical energy from waste heat (energy lost in industrial processes).

- Kimtech: ORC machine project in Bulgaria.

- Macadamia: ORC machine project in South Africa.

• Retrieval, analysis, and consideration of input data: Project specifications, site conditions, process data (line/equipment/instrumentation list, PFD, PID), supplier documents and 3D models, industrial risk specifications (ATEX, design rules).

• Execution of layout studies, 3D modeling (CADWORX), pressure vessels and rotating machinery, piping, structures...

• Technical coordination of modifications between different teams (design office, flex calculation, system engineers)

• Creation and verification of project documents: Guide plans and detail plans (civil engineering, structures, piping, pressure vessels), piping isometrics, support specifications, MTO list.

Implementation of safety measures to comply with the gap analysis carried out during the HAZOP of monomers performed in 2013. Provisional solutions are in place but are not acceptable for a period longer than 3 years.

- 3D modeling of new installation

- Verification and updating of existing 3D model

- Establishment of isometric drawings.

- Establishment of piping quantities.
