Hillrom is a manufacturer and distributor of medical devices whose business is mainly organized around 3 care environments: Front Line Care, for diagnosis, small monitoring, and cardiology, Patient Support System with the patient room environment including beds and patient lifts, and finally Global Surgical Solutions for the operating room environment.

My responsibilities, in collaboration with the sales team and the connectivity team, were:

• Promotion of connected workflows and digital health

• Management of customer demonstrations and at various dedicated trade shows (AFIB, Paris Healthcare Week)

• Management of clinical trials and Proofs of Concept

• Creation of sales materials for connected devices

• Qualification of connectivity projects: choice of solution with the client and creation of quotes

• Opportunity tracking with Salesforce

• Training of sales teams

• Supervision of technical responses to tenders for central purchasing organizations (UGAP, UniHA, RESAH) and for public and private hospital groups (APHP, HCL, ELSAN)

Softway Medical is a software publisher offering solutions for various healthcare professions, particularly HIS/RIS and PACS solutions.

For a client who had acquired a RIS and/or PACS solution, I was responsible for:

• Analysis of functional needs within the client's structure

• Configuration of the business software solution in accordance with the identified needs

• Training of a key staff member to a high level of competence and general training for all users

• Management of necessary on-site installations

• User support during the software transition period.
