- In-depth analysis of client requirements and technical specifications to develop tailor-made solutions that meet the needs of each project.

- 3D design and modeling of complex parts, mechanisms, and assemblies meeting specific requirements for various manufacturing processes, including 3D printing, molding, CNC machining, and traditional manufacturing.

- Performance of sizing and strength calculations to ensure the reliability and durability of systems.

- Comprehensive preparation of manufacturing files, including the creation of detail drawings, assembly drawings, and technical specifications (manufacturing standards, dimensional tolerances, required materials…).

- Planning and supervision of the manufacturing process in close collaboration with various trades, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure precise execution of designs.

- Global project management, ensuring strategic planning, appropriate resource allocation, rigorous progress monitoring, and proactive problem-solving to ensure successful achievement of objectives within deadlines and budgets.

- Evaluation of client needs and specifications for the design of a special machine, taking into account functional requirements, operational constraints, and safety standards.

- Detailed 3D design of the special machine, integrating mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components to ensure interoperability and overall functionality.

- Selection of appropriate components and materials for the construction of the special machine, considering requirements related to the client's industry, performance, cost constraints, and delivery times.

- Preparation of detailed technical documents, including manufacturing drawings, parts lists, and user manuals, to guide the manufacturing, assembly, and operation of the special machine.

- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical and automation engineers, technicians, and manufacturers, to coordinate all project stages and ensure its completion within deadlines and budgets.

- Constant technological monitoring to keep up with the latest advancements and relevant innovations that can improve the design and performance of special machines.
