Technical Validation & Electronic Design Review

Complete audit and optimization of an embedded electronic board before its manufacturing launch. This mission consisted of analyzing the schematic and routing to improve the design, integrating a test and on-bench programming strategy to facilitate future product calibration, and writing a detailed technical report to validate the conformity of the architecture.

I work on the entire product cycle, from hardware design to verification and validation phases, directly integrating IEC 60601 regulatory requirements into test plans and procedures.

Design & development

1/ Test bench for 3V6 battery depassivation:

- Feasibility study: component selection based on cost, quality, and production lead times

- Electronic design using Altium:

• Definition of the current injection circuit.

• Component selection (MOSFETs, resistors, Arduino Nano).

• Routing monitoring and PCB manufacturing.

• Development under Arduino to automate tests.

• Tests & validation: Test plan.

• Writing of the validation report and documentation of results.

• Anomaly correction and design improvement.

2️/ Parcel detection in parcel lockers

- Feasibility study: sensor analysis based on cost, accuracy, and system compatibility

- Prototype design:

• HC-SR04 sensor selection and prototype design using Easy EDA.

• Prototype design.

• Programming in Arduino for data acquisition.

• Tests & validation: Real-world condition tests and system optimization.

• Writing of the test report.

3️/ PWM current injection on a switch

- Feasibility study: analysis of switch characteristics and test requirements.

- Design & schematic using EasyEDA:

• Definition of the PWM current generation circuit, component selection.

• Tests & validation: verification of the PWM signal on oscilloscope

- • Writing of the test report and improvement recommendations

Test & validation of boards

- Feasibility study of tests (quality, deadlines).

- Establishment of test plans: electronic, functional, environmental, and robustness validation of boards.

- Test execution: measurements and characterization of electronic board performance.

- Results analysis and writing of test reports.

- Technical problem diagnosis and resolution

Technical environment:
