Provided support to all Maisons on their day-to-day issues in SFMC- Design authority for Maisons migrating to SFMC- Audited SFMC instance for all the modules and suggested changes according to the best practices developed by the COE for each Maison- Audited SFMC instance to remove the extra contacts injected due to incorrect imports and 3rd party integrations- Debugged & solved flow in SF CRM that was triggering an entry to Journey Builder if the Contact is created and updated- Brainstormed, planned & presented the SFMC roadmap to the stakeholders
