What I can handle:

Network Security : firewall configuration/optimization (rules, filtering), access control (MFA/ACL depending on context), segmentation (VLAN), basic hardening, best practices (principle of least privilege).
Networks & Infra : diagnostics (connectivity, DNS/DHCP, services, performance), troubleshooting and analysis (logs, traces), setting up remote access/VPN depending on environment, support for operations and documentation.
Dev / scripts / automation : small Python tools and automations (info gathering, checks, log parsing, API), admin scripts, and development of simple components in Java / JavaScript (internal tools, small APIs, dashboards).
Cyber / OSINT : public footprint research and exposure mapping (recon), information sorting/structuring, basic monitoring, clear and actionable summary writing (without disclosing sensitive data).
Supervision : setting up monitoring/alerting, creating checks, dashboards, thresholds, and notifications (e.g., Zabbix/SNMP), with a pragmatic approach.

Field Experience:

On-site/remote technical support in a multi-site environment (800+ users): analysis, resolution, escalation, clear communication.

Contribution to security via FortiGate (filtering, SD-WAN access) and participation in DR (critical backup control, monitoring, documentation).
