Within Kiabi's logistics platform, my role as an order picker involves processing and shipping products to stores or e-commerce customers. My daily work is organized around several essential tasks for the smooth functioning of the supply chain.

I start with goods reception: visual inspection, sorting, scanning products via a handheld terminal to ensure item traceability. Then, I handle order preparation. Using a computerized system, I retrieve order forms and locate products in the warehouse. I move using a cart to collect items, respecting shipping deadlines and priorities. Each product is scanned, verified, and sorted before being packaged.

During this internship, I participated in the reception and dispatch of parcels and luggage between Morocco and Europe. I assisted in managing goods arrivals, processing shipments, and tracking deliveries with carriers.

I learned to use IT tools to track parcels, manage transport documents, and communicate with clients and partners. This internship allowed me to understand the practical operation of an international logistics service and improve my skills in organization, rigor, and professional communication.
